i found a modern and stylish hotel. friendly staff. its easy access from the central train station was convenient. the whole experience were very cozy.

The hallway carpets did appear filthy. it would have been a great idea to invest in a carpet cleaner. i noticed no coffee in the room or lobby. A simple offering would have elevated the stay. it was a pity that there was no laundry service available.

The location was acceptable, placing me near key attractions I wanted to visit.

I was quite annoyed that the fire alarm went off at 1am. The staff seemed undertrained to handle the situation. Things seemed chaotic. I EXPECT safety to be a top priority, but this was NOT apparent.
